Very good.
Very friendly and welcoming owner. Excellent breakfast. Hotel clean, well maintained. Hotel within easy walking distance of Perth centre.
Not sure how the problem could be resolved but thought towels a little close to the wc. Also found bed a little lumpy, situation exacerbated by back problem.
