Hotel is well equipped and comfortable
Service in the restaurant - staff were very good
Room not set up for my children, despite booking for a family with 2 children - I have the booking form to confirm, the sofa bed was not set up and I had to call down to receiption 3 times before anyone would come and do it for me. This was at 10.00 P.m and I have young children.
