Look forward to returning again next year, couldnt really fault hotel although fire alarm went off at six in the morning it was handled well and we were not kept out in the cold but taken into the leisure section until all was clear to return to rooms. Prices were higher than normal due to Cheltenham but this was the case in all hotels at that time.
The staff were helpful and friendly and the room had beautiful views over the golf course. We booked to stay for the Cheltenham festival which was only a short taxi ride away. Walked down into Tewkesbury which only took about twenty mins.
Fire alarm waking up the whole hotel at six in the morning wasnt good! Other than that no other bad points.
