Felt that the overall look of the hotel had gone down.
Staff friendly and polite.I Thought I had paid for breakfast on line, but I hadnt and the lady from reception who called me was very polite and understanding about the matter.
The carpet was very badly stained and the chair in our room was also stained and dirty. We asked for towels, as we were only supplied with 1 bath and 1 hand towel,the man on reception said he would bring them up, but they never arrived.
