Whilst I would not fault the staff, the accomodation ( obviously my views are based on the room we stayed in), was "grotty. The impression I had was that the room had been crammed into a bay window at the back of the property with little thought for the comfort of the guests. I confess we very nearly walked out after viewing the ensuite and experiencing the smell.
Staff were freindly and helpful, breakfast was very good.
Ensuite was a health hazard, big gaps in the tiling and boxing in around the wc. Wc would,nt flush properly. Toilet brush looked disgusting. Not enough room to dry yourself. Door to ensuite was poor fitting and creaked very loudly when opened or closed. Strange smell of chlorine in the bedroom.
