I believe we would stay in the hotel again but would want to upgrade and ensure we were in a refurbished room as it was very basic. Again I felt the customer service was excellent and a big hats off to the management training of Customer Service as it really makes a difference
We found the staff in the reception and dining rooms very attentive and nothing was too much they made us very welcome. The bed linen was clean and fresh and generous amounts of tea and coffee.
Cleanliness of the room was very poor, there was large stains on the ceiling in the main room and the paint was flaking in the bathroom. The sealant around the bath and sink was mouldy and black there was no hand towels and we had to request additional toilet rolls as there was a small amount in the room. The carpet needed cleaning as did most of the surfaces.The window was very dirty as was the frame the overall condition of the room was poor with no headboard and raw plugs sticking out of the wall there was alight out in the main room as well. The tv was very small and gave very little choice in viewing channels.
