On arrival at any terminal of Gatwick Airport, go to the ground floor level (following the signs to the courtesy coaches). Under the Hotels Courtesy Coaches sign there is a yellow free phone – please dial 89101 to request a pick-up car. For South terminal use bus stop 12 and for North terminal bus stop 8.

The courtesy car will arrive within 10-20 minutes, and is available 24-hours. Please note that this service is free between 09:00 and 22:00 but room only rates will be charged GBP 6.00 per room per trip.

All payments are due on arrival at the hotel, using a credit or debit card. If the card holder is not present, full card-holder details must be given, in writing, before arrival.

For bookings of more than 2 nights, different booking policies/conditions apply.

For reservations of 4 nights or more a 1 night deposit will be charged on the credit card provided and is non-refundable.
