Good standard hotel quiet, well situated and clean. Pleasant staff.
Good decorative order, cleanliness of rooms breakfast very good, hot and well served, coffee could have been stronger and there was no marmalade on the table. Breakfast served in a very pleasant conservatory with views over Lincoln City. Fairly easy walking distance from cathedral quarter, fairly flattish. Nice quiet area parking on street available if car park was full. Quite close to bus service to get you up the very steep hill from the High Street
Stairs very steep from diningroom to bedroom 2.5 flights, no use to anyone with any mobility issues
