Apart from complaint above, stay was quite satisfactory.
Room was very comfortable, particularly bathroom. Like the choice of firm or soft pillows.
I asked for a wake-up call and it didn't arrive, as I mentioned when leaving. If I hadn't remembered to pack my alarm clock or if its battery had run out, I should almost certainly have missed my flight. This is serious - please give it your urgent attention.
