Perfectly acceptable for anyone wishing to stay in hotel close to airport- having a shuttle bus come to collect you at the door.
Ease of access to and from Heathrow. Facilities in the hotel, good.
Unfortunately the two meals ordered in the restaurant were not of a good standard-lasagne very dry, fish and chips not very hot. Milk was sour.
