Excellent: we stayed to visit family in Portsmouth and it worked very well, with us being able to come and go as we wished.
Staff lovely - all 4 we talked to
Internet booking: there is no screen to say whether you have successfully booked. We had to phone your London (?) office to find that we had not. We had accidentally failed to complete one line - nothing warned us. Another screen needed before we would internet book again
