How to book

Once you have made your reservation, you will receive confirmation by email with our details and directions - all you need to do is turn up!

You will then need to select the dates you wish to stay for, and then go on to choose your rooms. You'll also need to provide us with your contact information and credit card details. Credit card details are required as a guarantee - your card is not charged until you finish your stay at the hotel unless otherwise stated in the hotel policy found on the hotel information page.














Had I have been called for breakfast as planned, I would have no complaints at all and only positive feedback. Instead, I left feeling rather dissatisfied.
The hotel has a good ambience and mostly well run.
I asked for a wake up call to my room in time for breakfast but this did not happen and we consequently missed breakfast. I went to ask what happened and that I had missed breakfast and was not offered any alternative, such as something on a tray in my room or partial refund. We had a long way to travel back to Kent and needed to eat before leaving. I was told the call was made, but both myself and my companion did not receive the call. I wondered afterwards whether they called the wrong room, as initially I had booked a double room but it was changed to to singles at the last minute?
