I would stay again, as there are not many other hotels in the area, but would probably eat out if the serviced restaurant areas was busy.
Clean and tidy, most of the staff were friendly and helpful and accommodating.
Reception isn't manned all of the time, I called down to change my dinner reservation and the phone rang for 5 minutes with no answer. When checking out in the morning, I had to wait for 10 minutes before someone could take my payment, some staff even walked by without offering to get someone to help. The serviced restaurant is quite small and was full, I sat in the general area to eat, which wasn't as solubrious and really quite like being in a pub, all quite dissapointing.
