Quite comfortable and pleasant.
Very clean and comfortable; courteous and efficient staff; delicious breakfast; easy to get to and from Heathrow on the airport bus.
Soap dispenser in shower was empty; no washcloth among the bath linens (I had to use a corner of a hand towel to wash my face).
