I have stayed here before and knew what to expect. Good vfm, and very handy for Penarth (5 minutes drive) and Cardiff (10 - 15 mins drive)
Excellent staff; food very good indeed;
If you accept room is basic, the hotel is really good value for money. Skylight is chalet room requires a back out blind, as it will be a real pain in the summer.
