Ok. Position is excellent, directions are difficult, car parking over priced, and reception staff not great.
Not many considering cost. Breakfast facilities good.
Reception attitude not great. Car park cost. Directions very difficult. Guest corridor doors etc are in major need of refurbishment; they look very shabby for a so-called up market hotel and are very disappointing. Of course you are aware of this so I'd question your commitment to customer satisfaction.
