May 31, 2011Genial !!!!!!

May 13, 2011Not bad for an overnight stay but next time I will take my earplugs!
Very clean and great location – very close to St Pancras – good for an overnight stop when traveling.
Very noisy outside, not really your fault but in full summer it would be hot and noisy!!

April 4, 2011Good experience with large clean room with ample storage and helpful reception staff.
Good price; easy check in and freedom to come & go during stay. Good standard of cleanliness in room. Masses of storage space. Comfortable bed.
Shower cubicle not the most comfortable to use as very small and with plastic curtain that had a tendency to cling. Stair carpet a bit worn giving bad impression just by reception.

April 13, 2011The room was cold & the portal heater was not sufficient to warm the room. Never realize the additional heater by the wall has to be turned on.

April 27, 2011Reception polite but not helpful with regards to knowledge of bus services etc.
Staff at breakfast time were in the kitchen all the time and did not even greet us as we entered the 'dining room'. The breakfast area was cold,un-inviting and reminded us of a trucker's cafe! The shower cubicle was too small to even bed to wash our feet.

Sziasztok Magyarok! *-Ba lehetne sorolni) Thank you Montana!!!

The stay was absolutely terrible, thankfully it was only for one night, but I will never stay at this hotel again in the future. We got about 5 minutes of sleep in total as the room was directly next to the reception and the receptionist and another staff member were talking really loudly until about 2am. We could hear every single word as if they were in the room. We woke up everytime someone walked past or up the stairs, as the floor was so creaky. I normally sleep quite deeply but the noise was just too bad. The room also had no window, so no natural daylight and there was no fresh air at all. It was also incredibly hot in there, and of course no window to open. The check out consisted of someone grunting at us while ripping the keys out of our hands. We didn't even get a "bye" or anything. I had stayed in this hotel before and had found it quite nice last time, but after this experience I will go out of my way in the future to avoid this hotel and others from the same chain.
Good location, ok size of room, got an ensuite room even though we didn't book it
Extremely noisy, really thin walls, loud receptionists, no window or source of air in the room, extremely hot room, very old mattresses, dirt and old hairs in the drawers
