It's location
We did not like the fact that when 2 shared a room one person had to sleep on a converted couch. Both were paying the same rate yet one had a bed (which is what we had paid for) and the other a couch. Had we know this we would not have booked the hotel. For this reason I would not recommend the hotel to others
