Enjoyable overall but not perfect.
Location by the Thames exellent. Staff friendly & helpful. Food quality was very good. Rooms and the hotel facilities very good
Food prices high. Made us feel "ripped off" which is a shame. Menu doesn't change much. If you stay more than 3 nights your choices on the menu become limited. Maybe guests don't stay that long so they don't need to change the menu. Car Parking was away from the hotel although in fairness you can drive up to the door to drop luggage off.
