April 8, 2011It was a clean bed to sleep in - nothing more.
The price was good and the bedding was clean; in-room coffee and tea
Carpet in the room was filthy; bed was a mattress on a board!; Headboard with attached nightstands were designed for a bigger bed and you could not reach the nightstand, once you were in the bed; there was no place in the bathroom to put your make-up back/toiletries bag; chair in room was broken; there was only the door handle lock on the door - no chain nor dead bolt; woodwork throughout the hotel was damaged and needed painting; the breakfast was overpriced and the eggs had to be powdered eggs

May 17, 2011Would not ever consider visiting the hotel again. Travel for work and the worst one stayed in.
No heating despite complaint and assurance it would be fixed. Air con constantly blowing cold air. No hot running water in shower or sink - cold despite running for over 20 minutes! Not all lights worked - health and safety issue Green paper found in scrambled egg which was shown to the waiter - health hazard No plug hole in sink All of the above advised to the duty manager. Advised manager/owner would call on Monday but he did not bother

Checkin queue was long with only 1 staff member on the desk. Waiting 20 minutes in a Checkin queue is not Quality
