Between 08:30 and 20:00 all the hotel guests will need to vacate their room because the bedrooms are used as executive boxes for the match. Check-in time on such days is 20:00, unless the booking is on a midweek match fixture when check-in is not until midnight.
If you check out on a day when West Ham United are playing a home fixture, you will need to leave by 08:30.
Any type of extra bed or crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
