This feels like a 'student' hotel - basic and cheap.
Cheap. Convenient location.
Accessibility for people with mobility problems poor - lots of steps both to access reception and inside hotel. Only one small lift for large hotel. Only two disabled parking spaces - both small. No wardrobe space in room.
