The hotel is pretty and the room is charming. It was clean and comfortable. We felt that the manager did not have time to help us or to be of service. The breakfast was nice.
Room and hotel looked charming and very British.
Manager has a very harsh voice and manner. She was difficult to deal with and hard to understand when answering a question or giving directions.
