The family-run guesthouse is 0.75 miles from York Rail Station and the city centre. It offers great-value rooms with full English breakfasts and Alaskan waffles. A continental breakfast is also available, which consists of juice, milk, crumpets, yogurt, cereal, toast, coffee and tea.

The Romley Guest House is less than a mile from all of York's attractions, including the city walls, York Minster and the Jorvik Viking Centre.

The Victorian house was built in 1902. It has double glazing and central heating. All rooms have TVs, washbasins, tea/coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits and bottled water.

The Romley has a 3-star guest accommodation rating from the AA. It offers en suite rooms, rooms with private showers and rooms with shared bathrooms.

There is a lounge, with free tea/coffee available all day and Alaskan Art on the walls.
