Overall a lovely hotel during the day, the staff could not have been more friendly or welcoming. But at night we felt quite threatened by the large numbers of youngsters hanging out by the front of the hotel.
Rooms excellent, staff friendly and helpful, good breakfast
Although two rooms booked as shown on confirmation, only one was booked, no problem as hotel had spaces. Twin rooms requested but not available. Lift access was not to all rooms and as one member of our party was elderly, this could have caused a problem, luckily one room was ok for her. Although informed that there may be some noise from a late night bar, did not realise that both bars become night clubs in the evening with door bouncers etc! No residents bar so have to push through large numbers of youngsters to get a drink. We didnt bother on the second night but went out and got wine from the supermarket.
