The Victoria Suite is licensed to hold civil wedding ceremonies.

Horrible
Staff were nice
Dirty un-vacuumed floor and bad smell in lift. Filthy windows in bedroom. Sheets & bedding were humid. There were loads of tiny bugs on the curtains and window frames. There was a damp smell in room. Woke up with insect bites on my stomach.
