Staff were friendly and approachable
Bedroom very poorly fitted - only main centre light, no side light over beds. It looked as though they had been ripped out of the wall. No telephone in the room to phone down to reception. Bar not available as closed for a function. Confusion over payment for breakfast - communication problem. Access to breakfast through an area that was badly lit and looked as though it was closed, no signage. Should have been so much better
