My Room 225 was totally aaceptable but somewhat cramped in the Toilet/Shower room I struggled to get past the wash basin to use the Toilet Overall a mark of 75% would be in my mind In saying that restaurant 100% You may consider the Restaurant Manager giving his staff coaching to other areas of the Hotel?
I must congratulate your restaurant staff they were helpful pleasant and unasumeimg
The reception leaves a little to be desired on arrival the 2 receptionists were having a serious exchange of views not good opening ## also I was dissapointed at the unavailability of somewhere to view a television set close to the bar facilities Due to the police presence in the hotel the tv area was out of bounds and no alternative had been considered You missed an opportunity here as several Male guests went outside ie Other Bars to watch the football
