So delighted we booked an extra night and have told friends of the improvements, of the excellent menus,quality of food and of the friendly personnel and excellent service. Thank you and continue providing this wonderful value for money.
Excellent improvements to the décor in the reception and dining areas. Staff very efficient, warm and friendly. Large room and large bathroom - great to see such a large hand basin and old fashioned taps.
Could not get the shower to work. I reported it as we left the hotel and I was delighted to see that a note had been made to check it and rectify any fault if necessary. Skirting boards, and corners could do with a spring clean. It would be appreciated to have some information in the rooms regarding meal times and other services provided by the hotel.
