Excellent customer service- friendly and helpful, courteous.Room excellent, very clean and comfortable, tea/coffee making facilities in the room very welcome after travelling. Had food in the restaurant and the bar - both very good and excellent service - quick but not rushed.Friendly helpful waiting on staff.
