Bed comfortable, conveniently situated in West Jesmond, only slept in room and had breakfast, I did not use the hotel bar.

Breafast was poor. The cooked breakfast was poor quality, flat scrambled egg, tin tomatoes for breakfast in a hotel? The baked beans wer ghastly cateering pack I assume 1 piece of bacon and a tastless sausage. White square toast cheapest bread you could buy. The best part of the breakfast was the box of kellogs fruit and fibre cereal. The tv in room had no remote - told it had been stolen... I was told on arrival that the hotel mangement had guests in thge bar and that it would be noisy that night and that it was a ghood job my room was on the second floor.
