June 13, 2011It was quiet and nice location. Would have liked to have tried a meal in the restaurant as we last visited The Granary 30 years ago.
Food at wedding buffet disappointing. Staff at breakfast time could be more cheerful.

August 6, 2011The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The food was very good. The vegetables were home grown and picked fresh each day. The lanscaping of the grounds were attractive and relaxing. There was plenty of parking space. It was also the nearest to the home of the friends we were visiting, in Hartlebury!

June 25, 2011I was only there for one night and didn't eat in the restaurant, however the welcome on arrival and service from the lovely receptionist was fantastic. The cost of the room was exceptionally good value for money and comfortable too. Breakfast was freshly cooked and the waitress was very friendly. I will be returning to this area on business and will definately stay here again

No outside area to have a drink, it was a lovely day and this would have been a nice feature.

March 21, 2011The room was spacious and comfortable. Although we did not have a meal with you this time (we were staying due to a family celebration) but have eaten at your hotel before and the food was extra good. Easy access but tucked away and had a feeling of away from it all.
Bed covers were low on bed and couldn't be pulled up and were not light and fluffy as in a duvet. But just personal choice.

We always use the Granary as the staff are always welcoming and polite, the food is always of a good quality and it's convenient to visit our relatives. The quiet location is great for a good night’s sleep, and the room's facilities are more than adequate, for a comfortable stay.
My parent’s room was fine, but I stayed in the disabled room, which was filthy, as it was the last time I stayed in the room. On this and the previous stays, in the room, the grab rails were greasy, caked underneath with what appeared to be excrement, the carpet was dirty and full of hair, and the room’s general fixtures and fittings were greasy and dirty. It is a shame to have to say this, as this is the only fault with the hotel.
