The bedroom accommodation did not live up to the expectation based on the outside of the building. A real shame, it could be so much better.
Beautiful historic building on the outside. Staff, when available were friendly and usually helpful. Excellent tv in room.
Initial reception service poor. Reception unmanned and receptionist could not be located. Early breakfast requested and agreed, however it took 25 minutes to get a simple bowl of cornflakes, no drinks, hot or cold, arrived before I had to leave. Bathroom felt grubby as tiles were cracked and discoloured, Pillows were flat and very sad. Three windows in the room, only 1 small one opened and the room was hot and stuffy.
