Very pleasant, hotel was professionally run and all members of staff were friendly and courteous.
Very accommodating Manageress in the Terrace Restaurant. Had an absolutely superb dinner after a long 5 1/2hr journey a very good first experience for our w/end stay. Met a chef in reception (blonde haired and a "local accent" who was most proud about his job an asset to your business. Made a point of telling us he was in the kitchen on the Saturday pm. We were up for a wedding,although it did not include dinner on the Saturday pm, thouhgt we would go out in the town, wrong idea should have stayed and had your good food a second night. Breakfast is always a challenging meal period however top marks at The Kimberley fast efficient service by very friendly staff who were most attentive.
When we had checked in and with a lot of luggage (pieces) individually went off to deliver luggage/ park car/ etc. Both got lost went back to Reception to seek assistance, just a suggestion as it was not busy at +/-9.00pm perhaps one of the two receptionists could have offered to escort us to the room, as we had already been lost once; nothing major but the first impression and we had sat in the car for 5 1/2 hrs.
