Staff and restaurant excellent in all aspects, the way we were recieved and treatment was first rate with very helpful and polite staff who are a credit to the hotel. The food in the restaurant was excellent.
Checked and was allocated an inferior room to the one we stayed in last September this was eventually sorted out and we were "upgraded" to an executive room as a returning guest we were a little put out. The hotel is beginning to look tired and the parking for residents was challenging we had to leave our car on a road around the corner from the hotel.
