Apart from the original booking cock- up everything was ok
Helpful Staff, good food
When I arrived to check in via my Active Hotel Booking they had no record of it at the reception desk, subsequently I had to pay for two single rooms (an additional £226.00 , therefore I will expect a full refund by return, I will copy the duty manger Mr Faisal Khan into this email who was very helpful indeed and pulled out all the stops to get my friend and I alternative rooms
