Overlooking Cambridge’s Parker’s Piece, this striking Victorian building offers air-conditioned rooms with satellite TV and a fine-dining restaurant. The De Vere Hotel University Arms is 10 minutes’ from Kings College.
Reflecting the architecture of the building, rooms are decorated in a Victorian style. They include comfortable beds with Egyptian cotton sheets, free internet access and private bathrooms with hairdryers.
Restaurant 17 overlooks Regent Street and serves an international menu, which uses fresh local produce including Suffolk Lamb. Parker’s Bar offer light snacks, afternoon teas and a variety of beverages.

Would definitely not stay at this hotel again; Paying top dollar rates for room that was total shambles. Actually checked out one day early. Real shame as the staff are excellent.
Location and hotel ammenities very good. Staff very helpful and attentive. Entrance lobby and bar very comfortable.
Room condition was awful;paint peeling off ceiling and moldings. Window was cracked. Bed was tiny and uncomfortable (for two average sized people). Lights did not work fully. Internet connection did not work. Tv was old on picture quality poor. Bathroom needed several repairs.
