Will never book at the De Vere venues again, apparently they have had floods before and are often forced to move guests to this alternative accomodation (which is a b&b and part of a training center)
We were moved from the De Vere Venues hotel into another hotel nearby because of a flood at the hotel. Therefore none of the coments reflect on the De Vere Venues but on the alternative hotel!
Very rude and unhelpful receptionist. Very basic room facilities (no hairdrier etc) First room we were given smelt strongly of damp. No private table at breakfast, we were seated at a table with 8 covers
