August 2, 2011I was exstatic about its location.Just in the middle of the city! Also I liked the stuff- always willing to help and smiling. They even had hairdriers:)The continental breakfast was really tasty. I found even shared bathrooms really clean and pleasant to visit.
Everything was great, exept maybe the old furniture. But eventually we came to London not for spending the time in fantastic rooms!

December 18, 2011Nothing, disgraceful hotel. 80 pounds a night for a hotel with no lifts, no wifi and workers were unsure if tap water was free.
Everything from the price to the hotel itself

September 21, 2011Good location, decent breakfast, comfy beds.
I was here with a big group of friends and I stayed in 3 different rooms. One had a terribly strong chemical smell, the other two had an unfresh smell. Skirting boards, pipes and other trimmings in the room were not clean and appeared not to have been cleaned properly for some time.

August 14, 2011The location was great and I liked that breakfast was included in the price of the room....saved my friend and I the cost of buying breakfast somewhere.
The rooms are rather small, but it wasn't a huge problem.

July 31, 2011Loved the price...it is a liitle dated but quirkey and I like that....very good breakfast and lots to eat....staff were amazing and always friendly....the location couldn't be better and the price is so good for being close by everything.
It is a shame there are no en-suite bedrooms but then the price would go up and so its ok for the short stay plus there is a wash hand basin in your room. The room we had was a little hot. The road was quite noisey but then you are in central London..who expects peace ?

January 17, 2012Good location, good price.
Pain not having a bathroom in your bedroom but for the price, what do you expect??? It is what it is, a place to crash for the night.

January 11, 2012It was value for money in a great location and the room was very comfortable. The food was also very good.
The only thing was that there were not enough en suite rooms.

January 11, 2012The things I liked was that it is close to Victoria station and the bed was spacious and comfy.
I did not like the fact that it was very noisy through the whole night - the doors in the corridor are very loud and because the bathrooms are in the hall you can hear every time when someone goes there. I woke up every few minutes.

January 9, 2012Location.
With my friend I have stayed for 7 nights in double room. The hotel does not have lift, so you can imagine what it feels like to carry all luggages after the trip on the 3rd floor. The room smelled, and the window could not be opened so we did not have enough air. First two days the room temperature was too worm and on the last couple of days it was too cold. One afternoon as we rest in the room a black bug was crawl over the bed! During our stay for last three days there were carpenters all around the hotel working and it smelled on the paint and lacquer. The toilet is clean, but for two of days we did not have hot water. Only great thing about this hotel is its location, but this is not enough to recommend it. I hope that they will improve their service!

Location , only 20 minutes from Westminster Bridge
Excessive price to the service. My card was debited from the begining without receiving the room key and in amount for the first night was stuck on my card even that I paid the full cost of room! Indian temple paintings everywhere ... which is not specific to London ... uninterested staff for comfortable stay of tourists. Interest only for money and that all . Poor breakfast. You must accept the services offered only minuses location. It was the worst experience throughout Europe ....For one electric adaptor they keep you 10 pounds until you check out ... unbelievable ! Is better to looking for something else !
