  The location in Vicenza was excellent with both bus and train available. They were also close enough to walk to the "old" town area.

  The hot water did not work the first day of our stay but they worked on it quickly and once the water was hot the room was perfect.

  If you are in Vicenza to attend a trade fair this is good hotel to be in.

  Internet connection was poor and did not allow for anything other than "slowly" checking mail. There was no iron in the room and when asked for some shirts pressed I was charged a ridiculous amount for something I would much rather do myself anyway

  The level of customer service from all the staff was extremely high and very helpful.

  The lack of WiFi I rooms was unfortunate and is always a must when I choose a hotel... Must change!!

  The position and the parking garage under the hotel. The bed was good. The rooms was large. The reception looks great.

  Dirty carpet in the room. Old fashioned tv with few tv programs. Restaurant was very expensive, not a good price / quality ratio

  It is a well kept, modern hotel that was only 30 mins by bus (stop was right in front of the hotel) to Siena. The staff (particularly Nico on reception) were incredibly helpful and made us feel very welcome going to great lengths to ensure we had everything we needed.

  The warmth and helpfulness of the staff. The more than ample breakfast. The quick response to a problem we had with our safe. The proximity to a very interesting city and the ease of travel to Venice, Padova, etc.

  No complaints. Reserving through Booking.Com, for the cost we received everything surpassed our expectations. Have already told others..

  Free carparking, staff helpful.

  Location was in a seedy area which we didn't expect. The outside upkeep of the hotel was poor - windows dirty, paving broken, etc. Inside the carpet was worn and looked unclean.

  It' s near to the city center.

  The room was not very clean and the air conditioner was very noisy. There was no kettle, it was necessary for prepare the milk for our baby, no hair dryer. We stayed in for two nights, we did'nt have hot water the second night. The staffs were friendly e the price was interesting, but the hotel is not at 4stars level.

  We stayed here to have a close hotel to Venice-an easy day trip. The hotel has SKY tv so we were able to watch tv in english.

  The first room we were in had a leaky air conditioning unit that barely worked. Luckily, we were able to move to a different room that was much cleaner. Staff seemed to ignore the do not disturb sign on our door-one walked in, another asked us in the elevator about our room, and even the manager asked us if we wanted our room cleaned while we were out.

  Easy to walk to town. Free underground parking.

  Rooms varied in size with very noisy air conditioning. Breakfast was poor for 4 Star. Given a very small room to start with but were moved without fuss.
