L'hotel si trova in un'ottima posizione, proprio sulla piazza del Duomo e a pochi minuti a piedi da ogni attrazione turistica (Santa Maria novella, Santa Croce, Piazza della Signoria, Uffizi...tutto è davvero vicinissimo!). Le stanze sono un po' piccoline ma non manca niente. La pulizia viene efettuata tutti I giorni, il bagno è in camera, la colazione è compresa nel prezzo e la reception è aperta 24h su 24. Unici punti a sfavore sono le pareti sottili delle stanze (si sente proprio tutto e di conseguenza si è sentiti) e l'ospitalità non troppo calorosa. Sicuramente tornerò qui se mi ricapiterà di soggiornare a Firenze perché il rapporto qualità-prezzo di questo hotel è decisamente imbattibile!
