  Excellent hotel, very good location, brand new, modern, friendly staff, excellent breakfast. We stayed at this hotel during the Milan Fashion Week. We booked it for him when there was no comment, but the web site said that the hotel was completely renovated. It is really so, as soon as you get inside all still smells like new. The hotel is located just opposite the main railway station in Milan, which is this city, unlike other European cities, great location. For 15 minutes walk you are at the Duomo. In the hotel you can get a map of the city and all the information you need for a good time and stay in Milan.

  The hotel was nice and breakfast was good. The location is also excellent.

  Me and my friend stayed 1 night at this hotel and were supposed to go to Cinque Terre for 2 nights and then return to Starhotel for 2 more nights before heading back to our home country. Due to landslide accident, we were unable to make it to Cinque Terre and had to head back to Milan. After struggling 5 hrs on the train, we finally made it back to Milan at 10pm and tried to ask for a room for 2 extra nights at Starhotel. Staff were very unfriendly and rude and not willing to help out, esp Mr Simone a and Lucilia. We are 2 girls, it was late at night, raining outside and it was our first time in Italy, Simone a was basically doing his own thing at the counter and not willing to offer any help at all. It was our worst experience in Italy so far. Free wifi is not working at all.

  What I like more is the Location it's just 5 minutes away from the Centrale Station which make it very easy to more in milano

  The onley disadvantege is the hotel doesn't have an Iron and if you want to give them the cloth you have to wait for so long. Another drop is they offer for me a city tour however is was really hard to find where the bus is, they don't know exactuly where the bus stop

  It was a very modern and fresh hotel experience among all old hotels. The breakfast was very tastefull, and service was very good.

  The hotel was located conveniently next to the central station. It had obviously been renovated and the room was clean and well appointed.

  The hotel check-in was disorganized. They couldn't run our credit card at first, had to send someone up to the room to reset the keys, etc. When we checked into our room we called down for internet access. The woman who answered the phone gave us incorrect instructions and said someone would call us back and they never did. We had to go downstairs to get the information. We had an early train and when we went downstairs just before 6:30 am everything was already set out for breakfast. My daughter and I were going to get a bowl of dry cereal, juice etc. and we were sternly reprimanded and told they could not give us anything to eat. Not only was it rude, it was not necessary as the food was already set out and they could have accomodated us. There was no food provided on our train and we were quite hungry upon our arrival in Zurich.

  The hotel is new. So the morden design and cleanness.

  The worest check-in staff out of several hotels during my 3 weeks europen holiday. I will write a formal complaint seperately. The check- in staff made a vital mistake on our passport information and forced my wife and me to sign it (the incorrect documents will be reported to the local police). After I pointed out the mistake and two staffs started arguing with me and refused to remake the correct information. the hotel staff do need improvement for their knowleges and the attitude to serve customers.

  It was a great hotel. The staff was professional and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful with a nice variety of foods. The room was modern and very comfortable. I had a wonderful time and would recommend this hotel to friends.

  The hotel has just been totally refurbished so it was very modern and clean and well designed. The public areas were very smart with a lovely bar and a great outdoor area if you wanted to enjoy a drink, coffee or snack. The front office staff were very professional and smart and they gave us a lot of assistance with our many bags as we were travelling with our 2 children. The hotel bedrooms were very nicely appointed. We had 2 adjoining rooms. The bathrooms were very modern in design, very nice. The breakfast buffet offered a great choice and it was open early enough for us to enjoy before we caught our train to Geneva. The hotel was the perfect location for the central rail station. It was across the road from the Hotel.

  Very nice hotel. Clean room, rich breakfast, friendly staff. A real 4 star hotel.

  In mid night you may hear the sound of Line 2 metro passing in underground. No impact for me.

  It was a brand new tastefully decorated hotel, in a useful location. Thought not in the heart of Milan's shopping district, it was very conveniently located next to a metro and from there 3 stops and you are in the middle of the shopping area. Also the Central Station is excellent for transport to and from the airport using public transport. All in all convenient location, nice surroundings and good value for money for Milan.

  My only comment is that while we were staying at the hotel, there was a total public transport strike. Although we found out about it upon check out and could alter our plans (we were flying out in the evening luckily), had we been travelling in the morning we would have had problems. A notification somewhere in the public area regarding this strike the night before would have been helpful.

  Its a nice hotel with good facilities and a great location. The room was big and bed was a large one with soft bedding.

  I was surprised to see a 6 euro service charge for requesting an empty plate and menu. I had been to number of hotels but never seen a service charge for this.

  Henry the manager had been reallly helpful and sweet to our to little ones. The location is a 3 to 5 min walk to the centre station (or grand train station) of Milan and u can even walk to get on a tram and takes you to The Duomo and shopping areas. Breakfast is not a big range but enough to keep you full. The staff are helpful and friendly. Its a new boutique hotel so u can expect nice and clean rooms.

  Good location. Comfortable bed- room immaculate.

  Great design hotel but lacks character. Surprised to find only Italian tv channels working in the room, shower fluctuating hot-cold. Need to allow plenty of time for breakfast- you may wait ages for a table to be prepared, coffee may take about 15mins to arrive and then if you require cups........staff will eventually bring you these but not without making comments. Hardly the service expected in this category of hotel.

  Hotel recently opened so everything modern and new. Location very good for trains, shopping, siteseeing and airport. A very nice hotel.

  Says free wifi but you only get 30 minutes with a voucher from reception. Then the charge €5 an hour. ThIs is misleading. They also need a credit/debit card machine behind the bar as when paying by card for drinks you have to pay at reception. This is inconvenient.
