We had stayed at this hotel previously and at that time were delighted with both the service and the comfort of the hotel, and the courtesy shuttle bus. But on this occasion were disappointed with the appearance of the interior hotel and lack of shuttle service.
Good location for city. Close to airport, around 3 kms. Friendly staff and comfortable hotel.
Rooms could do with a refurb, although everything was clean. Paintwork needed freshening up in many areas. Breakfasts got a bit repetitive - not a lot of variety. Courtesy shuttle service to town was not in operation. We were misinformed at reception regarding taxis in lieu of shuttle service, which left us in the town one evening awaiting arrival of the service, which did not happen.
