    "Für uns 4 keine optimale Lösung, wir buchen nur noch London City. Fürs Taxi vom Airport zum Hotel haben wir 9 Pfund gezahlt. Es geht zuviel Zeit für Reisen von Luton nach London City drauf. Gut für Paare und Single ohne Kinder !" (97369287)

    Beim Check in wurde sofort vesucht das wir einen upgrate buchen, da wir ja nur die Dusche auf den Gang gebucht hatten, was nicht zu erkennen war. Frühstück wurde pünklich um 9:30 abgeräumt. Einen Adapapter für Strom konnte nur käuflich erworben werden. Für Internet mußten 5 Pfund berappt werden.

    "Booked the accomodation for my employees. They were refused check in for being a little late. Unacceptable service, very poor performance. Management was rude and not willing to help. Customer Satisfaction = ZERO. Management confirmed rudeness once contacted to complain." (97284055)

    Die Naehe zum Flughafen Luton

    Das Zimmer war zu klein fuer ein Einzelzimmer, es war zu warm, Toilette und Bad musste mit anderen Hotelgaesten geteilt werden. Fruehstueck war grausam, ausserdem wurde kein warmes Fruehstueck angeboten, was in England eigentlich der Normalfall ist.

    Very reasonable rate; adequate accommodation; enjoyable breakfast.

    Had call from hotel whilst I was still on the plane (22.50) to say that check in was going to close at 11, and that they had been trying to contact me for ages. I explained where I was, and that at the time of booking I had told the online clerk that I would not be arriving at the airport until 22.40 (the plane was delayed a little). Thankfully, the staff stayed at reception until I arrived.

    "My room was very small and you wouldn't want to stay in it except to sleep. I just needed a place to sleep for one night close to Luton Airport so, since this hotel is rather cheap - and close to the airport - it served me very well. I don't have any complaints except for the size of the room, and maybe the lock to my room, which didn't seem very hard to pick." (97725090)

    "The hotel is in a convenient location for getting into Luton and 15 minutes on foot to the main railway station for transfer into London. The staff were helpful. The price was reasonable but the room decor with woodchip wallpaper needs updating as does the shower room. The breakfast was a typical continental breakfast and was staisfactory.     Very handy for centre of Luton. Breakfast room was vright and clean. On-site parking was handy but spaces were very tight.

    Bedroom carpets and room decor were in need of updating.

    The shared shower is fine

    I had to pay the hotel when I checked in and also there is a stupid card dealing fee even I was using a debit card.

    "I felt this was a hotel in transition - parts had been refurbished and some parts were greatly in need. In the bathroom there was need for hooks for clothes and a shelf for bath products. In the bedroom the curtains did not fit properly and so did not keep out the lights from passing traffic. There was no plug socket near the mirror and the kettle could only be plugged in by moving the dressing table and standing it on the floor." (97985016)

    "The address given is Stockwood Crescent which is a quiet suburban road. Something I wanted as i flu down and needed a good nights sleep before driving back to edinburgh. The main entrance to the hotel is on a busy main road with flood lights shining on to the front of the hotel and my particular room. There is also a 24hr petrol station opposite which is used by many roudy customers." (97856336)

The breakfast facilities were of a good standard and the staff were professional in their dealings with their guests.     It was basic but clean enough and secure.

    The bathroom was old and in need of refurbishment. The shower leaked and the tiles needed regrouting. The wallpaper in the room was coming off the wall.

    Quiet with a comfortable bed. Very basic but clean.

    Room was tiny and felt claustrophobic. No en-suite facility - queing up to share a bathroom and toilet felt uncomfortable and out-dated.

    "The Hotel was convenient for the centre and parking was good, but the hotel was desparately in need of being decorated in a brighter, more up to date way. The rooms were adequate but that's all. Bed side lamps would be nice. It was difficult to plug in the kettle as the socket was covered by the unit supporting the TV. There was no shampoo, conditioner, shower gell, hairdryer. However, the two staff members we met (check in man and breakfast lady) were excellent. Both were friendly and helpful. Please give the place a makeover and it would be transformed." (99692865)

    The staff were very freindly helpful and polite. Parking was good. An easy short walk to the centre of Luton.

    The rooms were grim. Although clean and maintained well, they were very basic. The decor was very poor and depressing.

    The staff at the hotel were extremley efficient and friendly.The place was clean and tidy. The hotel itself was good value for money and easy to find.
