" For the price we paid we werent expecting silver service! we were pleasently surprised by the quality of the service and ammenities. the staff were friendly and alsways willing to help with any problems we had. The walls are very thin, (could be made of paper!)so there is little privacy between rooms, the hotel is also quite a way from the main town (Rodez) but has a good regular bus service to and from the town. A small knowledge of the French language will be a big help as most locals can speak very little, if not any, English. There is also a hypermarket nearby which is very handy. "

" I would have like to know that rooms were so small and that the bathrom was so simplistic ie the bathroom is a sort of small room (box like) in a corner of the sleeping room still with all facilities (tub, sink & wc). The room is clean but at that time there was a strong smell of spray (insect ?) which may be annoying the first minutes. On the other hand, the staff took care of switching on the heating before the guest arrival. Still, this hotel has a decent value for money and people are quite nice. "
