" Of all hotels we stayed at during our vacation in the Provence, this one was the best. Very friendly hosts - it is family run and the owner even stayed up for us because we were checking in late. Also, great location next to the mountains in a tiny village, yet easy to reach the local capital of Digne within 15 minutes. Great breakfast, too. And the lack of a TV set in our room was actually a plus since it intensified the relaxing experience. "

" I would like to have known the quality of the local restaurants. We eat in one and we were not happy with the standard of cleanliness (As the old joke goes The food must be good, a thousand flies can't be wrong). We didn't bother using a local restaurant the second night. Otherwise there is nothing to fault with this hotel or the region. The proprietor and his wife were very helpful and although not perfect English speakers, which we had expected, we managed to understand each ohe very well. "
