Well located and within easy access to all amenities.The room was spacious and quite homely.The breakfast was amazing and the landlord was very helpful and informative.Made the stay that much more pleasant.
Couldnt fault such a place.

Excellent breakfast, friendly proprietor, very clean room.
As always in Llandudno the parking is a problem, tho we did manage to park near the hotel, but left car their all weekend and used public transport.

Excellent breakfast, convenient location, quiet overnight.
On street parking nearby was convenient, but could be problem when area is busier. As a Grade 2 listed building, keeping decorations up to scratch msy be a problem for the owner, but was acceptable.

Nice sized rooms, clean and well presented
Shower was a little small and difficult to actually shower in this due to lack of shelf for storing shampoo and shower gel and angle of the showerhead.

"I'd noticed the Lindens Hotel in Llandudno as having a well-presented exterior on previous visits to the town and so particularly looked up the details on this occasion. I gather the current proprietors only took over last summer but they seem to have become real 'pros', taking an interest in what guests have to say and, without being intrusive or pushy, lightening the mood and helping to ensure that there is none of that awkward atmosphere there can be sometimes in the breakfast room of a hotel or B&B. Breakfast was also very well cooked and not greasy." (97432486)
Room was spacious, comfortable and well-equipped and ownners of hotel were exceptionally friendly and welcoming.
Nothing really - maybe there could be some shampoo/ shower gel in the bathroom but that's only a minor point.

The hotel had a relaxed atmosphere and was very clean and tidy. There was a freindly welcome and I am sure if I had a problem it would have been sorted out effeciently.
Nothing really, maybe the parking was a bit tricky.

"This is a small hotel, family run, offering good value for its bed and breakfast accommodation. The room we were allocated was clean, with plenty of storage space, even in the en suite shower room/toilet. The breakfast was excellent. It was well cooked, well presented, and hot! The rooms were clean and comfortable, as were the public areas, particularly the dining room.
One small criticism; the bar was unattended, needing a call on the bell for service.

"They remembered us from our last visit 2 years ago -thought that was good as they're bound to see many a person come and go. Everything was great - the breakfast, the room - nothing was a problem for them. Will book again with them for next year!" (99806133)
Close to everything that's needed. Comfortable and reasonably priced.
New parking restrictions that have been applied around the hotel - nothing that the hotels can do about this, they're all in the same position but was a problem finding a space when first arrived.
