Parking was quite difficult to find as the hotel did not have any & the area was very busy over the bank holiday period.

everything we could have wanted from hotel location to standard of hotel, a good choice
only 1, reception on tv in room poor, however we only watched tv for 20mins or so of a morning to see news other than that we didnt bother, so not realy a major problem / issue for us

The room was clean and had good tea and coffee making facilities. A hearty vegetarian breakfast was provided on request.
My pillow was like a rock! Our group had planned a long walk for the following day and hoped to have an early start, which admittedly we didn't mention in the booking, but we did assume a certain level of flexibilty. Breakfast was only served at 9am and we had to negotiate a slightly earlier time. To their credit they did agree to cooking for 8.15, but we would have preferred it even earlier.

It was close to all the amenities and the event venue (town hall)
En suite small tired and old. No shower only old discolured bath. Cracks in tiles. Wash basin inappropriately placed (as you walk into bathroom via sliding door).

the room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast was very good.
I dont know if it was the water or the milk but the tea/coffee supplied in the room didnt taste nice apart from this V/good.

"overall the accomodation was clean and tidy, the owners were polite, considerate and welcoming. we had plenty of tea/coffee/milk in the room and clean towels and the central heating in the rooms was great. breakfast was good and getting to the shops and beach front was perfect for us. would definately stay again as just a couple but maybe struggle when my baby is a toddler due to the stairs and no gate on the front of accomodation close to the road." poor parking, spent over a hour finding a parking space close enough because we had a baby with us and the car needed to be close by. no lift had to walk up four flights of stairs.

The Hotel was only a 1 minute walk from the main centre of Llandudno. Close to everything that is needed
The hotel is advertised with a bar. In the time I stayed at the hotel, it was never open!! Don't hold your hopes up to that

"Cheap and cheerful hotel. Not flash, but not expensive either so good value overall. Clean and tidy rooms. Friendly staff. A baby cot and high chair were available, and both were quite new and met all safety requirements (unlike some places we've stayed)." (108185767)
Good value for money. Location just off the main street was convenient yet quiet. Street parking out the front limited but free. We arrived much later than anticipated so we phoned ahead, and the owners were fine about it.
Breakfast is at 9am whether that time suits you or not.
