    "It was just in the right place for our stay, Close to the mainline train and the local tube station. Easy to get into town for some shopping. Very easy to get to the O2 for our evening out. The room was clean, well-equiped and comfortable. The other hotel facilities were modern, clean and the staff helpful and friendly. All in all a perfect choice for our stay." (97072745)

    The location was perfect.

    Our only critism was a slight delay in getting all of the components of our full english breakfast at the same time!

    Very clean, comfortable bed and good location.

    "Very few complaints. The hotel is in a good central location near a tube and mainline station, the staff are pleasant and efficient, the rooms very comfortable if not particularly spacious. The only real negative is the breakfast - the food itself is ok but the room is just too small for the numbers at peak times and the buffet area is inexplicably crammed into a corner." (97697242)

    Bright, stylish hotel in good location. Remarkably quiet despite being next to a busy station.

    The breakfast room is too samll and gets overcrowded easily - they need to rethink this.

    "Disappointed! This was meant to be a Valentines Romantic Break in a luxury 4 star hotel but it was just a let down and made us both feel deflated as soon as we got there. The Superior Double Room was tiny and there was no other rooms available. The fire alarm kept going off on Saturday night, reception took ages to answer the phone and weren't particularly helpful, the same can be said for the concierge. And then on Sunday morning after a night out the maid walked in our room and woke us up at 9am. All in all this hotel didn't have a friendly or welcoming atmosphere and I definitely wouldn't return. The only thing I would say was the food was good!" (97739391)

    The decor was modern and in good taste.

    The Superior Double Room was tiny! It was basically a bed with a table and drawers - not much room to walk around in. The double bed was also very small!

    You could order food 24/7 yet not be able to order a bottle of wine (you had to use the mini bar)ummm!

    Only one bath towel in room. Queueing for breakfast. Being asked if we wanted tea or coffee and toast as we were shown to a table, but having to then wait 10 to 15 mins before being served with the tea and toast!

    Good location, clean, exceptional service from the staff, spacious room (executive room), incredibly comfortable bed, the security at night time (the front door is locked and just ring to be let in by the night attendent) and a delicious breakfast the next morning!

    Although our room was very nice and there was nothing wrong with it at all, we also had friends staying in the hotels who's rooms it appeared had been newly refurbished - this is in no way a complaint it would just have been nice if they had all been (I'm really picking holes here!) as the re-furbished rooms were beautiful.

    The room was unusually spacious and well stocked with all the gadgets and accessories you could hope for, from a trouser press to bath robes.

    Style of hotel, location, breakfast was good too. Room was small but very stylish and bathroom fittings were good quality and worked well.

    The bed. It was old and we could feel the springs. The quality of the pillows was poor too.

    "Altogether an excellent hotel. Very well placed next to London Bridge station and close to Borough Market. In spite of its central location there was little noise. Staff very helpful and informative. Our room was in the new wing and of excellent size and decor.     "We stayed overnight as we were having dinner and going on to a club afterwards. This hotel offered a pretty decent executive room (a bit small, but hey, this is London). Facilities were as described, so we got what we expected. Breakfast was a bit disappointing - we arrived at the point when the buffet need to be replenished but was not. Overall, a pleasant stay."     Central location. Good access to sights, restaurants, theatres, etc.

    Lifts were very slow. We ended up walking to our room most times.

    "Excellent hotel, very convenient to transport and sight-seeing. Although the room was a bit on the small side it contained everything you would need - ironing board, hairdrier, minibar, tea making etc. Also had lots of storage and the BEST lighting - extra reading lamps over the bed and dressing table. Nice bathroom and the most comfortable hotel bed ever! Complimentary bottled water replaced daily. Efficient air-con if the room was too warm. Extremely friendly and helpful staff (especially in the dining room)and great breakfast. The cleaning staff were unusually quiet and unobtrusive even though they started early.     "Hotel a little tricky to find unless arriving by taxi. Hotel lobby compact and staff very welcoming and helpful. Choice of eating within the hotel very good and menus attractive without being pretentious. Booking in and out is very smooth. The heating in our room was not working on arrival but a phone call to reception was responded to immediately and a very polite member of hotel maintenance staff sorted out the problem quickly."     Just a minor comment,room was quite small but perfectly adequate for myself and my daughter.

    Not impressed about the 30 seconds timer on the mini bar. Makes one feel as though one wasnt trusted to take out, read and replace objects before you got charged for them.

    "After scouring the internet for hours I booked this Hotel mainly for the positive marks it had already received (and the inclusive full breakfast). My wife and I were not disappointed. We were immediately upgraded to a superior room. We found the room to be extremely clean and modern with everything just like brand new. We only stayed one night but really couldn't find anthing to complain about. The staff were courteous and made us feel relaxed." (3304648192)

    The cleanliness of the room and Hotel in general. The relaxed but efficient feel of the place.

    The room felt a bit small, but perhaps this is a little unfair because we normally travel as family so opt for a family room.

    Finding the hotel was challenging. I would suggest possibly improving the directions to the hotel to be more detailed.

    "As stated I would like to know, as with any hotel, if any of its facilities would be closed during our stay.That said, all round this was excellent value for money in the heart of London and perfect for our trip to Borough Market.     The bar for no apparent reason was closed all weekend. Bearing in mind this is a feature of the hotel, it was a little surprising not to have been warned.

    the best part was the breakfast is served at 7.00 am. It suited us well as we had to be at an event by 7.30am. we arranged for a taxi for the next morning with the hotel and it was all done efficiently.

    "This is very well run hotel, conveniently located next to London Bridge Railway station. The views from the hotel rooms are not good, as it overlooks the Train and Bus station, not the actual bridge, as you might assume from the name. Our room was well appointed, however, the need to negotiate multiple stairs and lifts would make it difficult for disabled and very elderly people." (2973865)

    The whole hotel was clean and very well maintained. The room was modern and comfortable.

    For a large room, the bathroom was smaller than expected, although adequate.

    Good quality accommodation - quality fittings and fixtures with a good-sized room

    directions from the tube!! - the directions from the main train station are OK but the tube directs you to the wrong part of the main station - so spent 10 minutes finding the hotel after leaving the Northern line.

    It was a pleasure to stay in the London Bridge Hotel - it is realy good situated near the city of London and the tube-station if you want to drive a longer way.

    The staff in the restaurant could be more skilled and it would be nice if they had some more non-alcoholic drinks in the restaurant for dinner.

    "My room was very noisy. I think I must have been near a generator. I really wanted a quiet nights sleep as I'd been visiting a friend in hospital. The location of the hotel was excellent for this purpose. I found the temperature of the water in the bath difficult to control.     "An excellent value/quality establishment with staff who are above the standard seen in any other London hotel. The plush and contemporary feel of the hotel doesnt just stop at the guests' door. Each room is as tasteful as the overall decor of the hotel. I was amazed that this hotel isn't famous. I'd rather stay here than Claridges." (2668967)

    Rarely can one visit a hotel and be unable to find a single fault, this was an impeccable hotel that is obviously well managed and staffed by people who actually care about customer service. A fine hotel that I will reccomend to others.

    None whatsoever, just concentrate on maintaining those high standards you have set for yourselves.
