    "OK but a bit impersonal. Reception staff efficient but not very engaging. When I checked in they hardly looked up from their computers, let alone made eye contact, chatted. Don't want to be too hard; they were helpful and efficient but seemed only to be thinking about the hotel's rules and what I was/was not permitted rather than making me feel welcome." (108887737)

    Clean, efficient. Did what it said on the tin.

    Main light in room didn't work. No table and chair to sit and write at. No chair at all.

    Local, friendly and helpfull staff on reception.

    We stayed in room 108 and other guests coming in to ajoining rooms very noisy at 3am. A fire door closed often with a loud bang.

    très bruyant bruit la nuit dans les couloirs pas assez de serviettes par rapport au nombre de personnes personnel incompétent pour changer un néon de salle de bain nous sommes restes sans lumieres de l apres midi jusqu au matin il a fallu demander de nouveau pour changer le neon aucune initiative de leur part il faudrait plus de rigueur de la direction

    Good location, friendly & helpful staff, good breakfast choice, excellent value for money, free parking on site.

    Other hotel guests being noisy & inconsiderate late at night. Not fault of hotel, but unfortunate that good value for money attracts rowdy guests.

    Location was good walking distance to the city and a very short stroll to Albert Dock.Good view from bedroom window. Easy access with public and private transport. 0ppurtunity for breakfast at a reasonable price

    Location was excellent easy to find nice and central.

    Unfortunately we were in a romm surrounded by noisey, thoughtless, insomniacs, who smoked cigarettes outside our door to the point our room was full of smoke,as we are non smokers this condition was annoying to say the least, not to mention that it is against the rules of the hotel.

    Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location of hotel was good.

    Television had very limited Sky channels available. Considering our young child was in bed early it would have been handy to have more viewing options whilst sitting in during the evening. Also a childrens channel from the Sky range would have been good to keep him occupied when in the room.

    "Pleasant staff and adequate if very basic accomodation. Good location 15 minute walk to town centre 10 minutes to Albert dock. Price was a bit steep however it was Aintree race week. Would only stay again if all other accomodation was unavailable." (107510089)

    Duvet to small for bed. Bathroom pod too small. Rowdy people arriving back late at night.

    good value for money. very clean with all basic amenities with a little extra (coffee and tea and TV)

    Nothing. toilet just slightly too small, but cant complain for what we paid for.

    bon rapport qualité prix. la chambre était petite mais fonctionnelle, la localisation juste bien , le centreville accessible a pied ou en taxi qui sont abordables surtout à plusieurs.

    salle de bains très petite, mais propre et fonctionnelle. les horaires et la qualité de la restauration ne nous ont pas convenu, mais nous etions là pour découvrir la ville, pas pour cocooner.

    Place spotless, staff very friendly and responsive

    Rooms tiny, shower arrangement dreadful, pillows like bricks. No facility if you just want tea and toast, you have to pay for lots of food you don't want.

    Good location for the price near the docks and shopping centre. Hotel is reasonably priced and well maintained.

    Everything is payment up front, no ability to charge restauarant or bar bill to room. Food rates (Breakfast) quoted on net were lower than actual rates at hotel.

    Excellent location on riverside, near Albert Dock and city centre. Good parking facilities.

    Booking by phone with Yell was very efficient except that on arrival at Hotel we were not booked 'ground floor' as specifically requested (my wife being disabled). But the manageress made the switch most efficiently.
